- Day 2 Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2,640m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 3 Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazar (3,440m) 5-6 hours.
- Day 4 Acclimatization day at Namche Bazaar.
- Day 5 Trek from Namche to Tengboche 3,800m 6-7 hours.
- Day 6 Trek from Tengboche to Dingboche (4,410m) 4-5 hours.
- Day 7 Acclimatization day at Dingboche.
